In 2015, Webert was organizing his wedding with his wedding planner. He realized there was no software to facilitate and automate the work of wedding planners. As a developer by profession, he started creating software just for his wedding. 10 years later, this software is used by over 800 wedding vendors.
Our Mission
We know that in event planning, time management is essential. WeddingPlan was created with the goal of saving you as much time as possible. How? By automating as many of your administrative tasks as possible!

Since its creation, WeddingPlan has continuously evolved thanks to you. Feedback from early users allowed us to develop new features. After 9 years, we are happy to continue evolving WeddingPlan by adapting it to many wedding vendors.

One of our priorities is to have software that reflects you! That's why, for each new feature, several users become beta testers to give us their feedback. We also listen to each of your suggestions to make WeddingPlan evolve.
Frequently asked questions about using WeddingPlan

If I subscribe, how long will I be committed to WeddingPlan?
You can choose to subscribe with the monthly subscription that only commits you until the next month or with the annual subscription that commits you until your subscription anniversary date.
Without cancellation on your part, renewal is automatic.
Can multiple people work on the same account?
Yes, up to 2 people from the same team can work on the same account. (An additional cost applies for extra users)
Additionally, for each of your events, an account will be created specifically for your clients so they can access the information you want to share with them.
Am I supported in setting up my account?
We provide all our clients with a video library to help you set up your accounts.
If needed, a member of our team can also be by your side to help you with your first steps on WeddingPlan.
This support is paid.
How is my data protected?
Your data is stored on our secure servers in France and all your data belongs to you.
Only our developers can access it upon your request to solve any problem you may encounter.
